Waterford offers an exceptional level of privacy for families and groups, beginning with two luxurious primary suites on the main level. The Alpha Master Suite features a king bed, sleeper sofa, spacious walk-in closet, and its own private sauna for the ultimate retreat. The Beta Master Suite offers another king bed along with additional sleeping space for children, making it ideal for families.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each feature a private en suite bathroom, including a spacious double-queen suite, an impressive bunk room with four queen beds, and a beautiful king suite overlooking the lake.

House Rules & Booking Policies

🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vacation rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odor, residue, or other remnants.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.

🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property.

👤 Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.

📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information
After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

🏡 HOA & Community Rules
Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.
